i've turned down the offer from Brunei,

ok back to work n funny anecdotes!
i have 3 new Thai students.
only one of which can speak English.
so i tried teachin the other 2 Vocabulary n pronunciation...
the word was "marshaller" as in airport marshall..
you know, the guy who directs the planes with the lolly sticks...
so i was like... "MAR-SHALL-LER!"
and they were all..."MASYALLAH!"
and i was repeatin it again n again!
"MAR-SHALL-LER! MAR-SHALL-LER!"
and the reply???

MASYALLAH! MASYALLAH! teacher!!! MASYALLAH!

sigh, it'll be cool if i cld convert one of them...
anyhoo! i noe i love this job, ppls are shocked i quit BUT its for my future...
