Still In Love
Four years into their relationship and pressure to take the next step is building up

Junsu had somehow convinced Yoochun into not coming into his workplace any more.Yoochun managed to make it about his age again- 'Is it because you're embarrassed to have me around in front of your friends? I'm still good looking so you're overreacting. I can't believe you'd do this to me'- and Junsu convinced him that his boss had just said that it was too much of a distraction. It was a lie of course because the only reason Junsu didn't want him there was because of all the vultures, people going out and trying to slip their phone number to his boyfriend. He couldn't handle that, not while he was working.
Hyukjae was the first one to notice.
“Is your boyfriend picking you up later or what?” he asked. He, Sunny and Yunho hadn't moved from their spot in the middle of the terrace for the last three hours. They went from sipping juice and soda to beer and again back to juice.
“No, I took the car.”
“So you're free to go to a real bar after your shift ends? None of us can drive like this,” Yunho said. “But we're not done drinking yet.”
“I don't know...” Junsu said but ended up being their designated driver for the rest of the night.
He didn't get home until after two and though he had sent a text saying he was going to be late, he expected an angry or at least an awake Yoochun waiting for him. The lights were off though and when he gently pushed open the bedroom door, he realized no one was home. Wow. Now he was getting pissed. Yoochun hadn't even told him he was going out.
He grabbed his phone and called him. Changmin picked up.
“Yoochun isnt here right now, can I take a message?”
“Where is he?” Junsu asked. “Why do you have his phone?”
“He's occupied~ Jaejoong, get away from that thing. You're going to stab yourself...hey, don't touch that!”
Junsu frowned and looked at his watch. “You're drunk, aren't you?”
“I wouldn't count on Yoochun coming home tonight. Too drunk to drive. All of us. He'll be with you in the morning. He has a surprise for you-” there were chuckles, Jaejoong's voice, Chagmin's cackle and somewhere in the distance he could hear an anguished groan which sounded like Yoochun puking.
“Tell him he's a dick. Bye.”
“Look what the cat dragged in.”
Yoochun came shuffling in, hair in a knot and looking hung over. Junsu was sitting on the old couch. The new one wouldn't be deliver for another week. He was cradling a cup of hot coffee and munched on a chocolate chip cookie.
“I hate me too. I'm sorry. Just...let me take a shower first.”
“You could have at least called,” Junsu called after him as he left the room. He finished his coffee and went into the bedroom. He waited for Yoochun to come out of the bedroom and pulled up an eyebrow when he finally did.
“Since when do you get dressed in the bathroom? And since when did you start wearing round necked t-shirts?”
“Are you serious? How obsessed are you with me, huh?” Yoochun chuckled and leaned down to press a kiss against Junsu's lips.
“What happened last night?” Junsu asked, ignoring the kiss. He knew something didn't add up and he didn't like being lied to.
“We got too drunk and I forgot to call. I'm sorry, I really am,”Yoochun said. “Can we talk about this in a few hours? You can imagine how bad of a headache I'm having.”
“I don't know if that's a good enough reason for me to reschedule this rant I worked on all morning,” Junsu said but slid back onto the bad and laid down onto a pillow. “But I could go for a few more hours of sleep- seriously though, what is up with that shirt? It looks like its choking you. It's too warm for that, hyung.”
Yoochun was tugging at the collar and stopped when Junsu mentioned it. “It's fine,” he said. “Too tired to even think about it right now. Get me some aspirin, will you? There's some in the kitchen.”
Junsu went to get it, together with a glass of water. When he came back Yoochun was wearing a different shirt, one with a bit of a looser neck.
“Changed your mind?”
He shrugged and accepted the glass of water and the medicine. He chugged it down and placed the empty glass on the night stand.
“Shut the curtains and come to bed with me,”he said.
When Junsu finally laid down again Yoochun turned onto his side and looked at him.
“How badly do you dislike tattoos?”
