well, I picked up my new glasses.
and yes, everything does look sharper! I could actually read the pricetag without holding it too close..ouch!
but i've got a little headache to tell me that my brain and eyes don't like this change yet. It'll grow on me. Already need to go back, though: they keep sliding down my nose!
Watched the latest episode of Lost, and feel about as lost as always. Putting somebody in a prisoner's cage as a plant is an old trick, but i guess it still works. I'm surprised that old hunk they call a computer can still run. My computer can't even handle dust, and that one survives a bullet. Sure. And Jack and Lock leave him be to watch a *movie*? that psycho could have grabbed another gun! but, after 40+ days on that freaky island, i'd be, "ooooh, movie? where's the popcorn?"
I've also found out that LJ has a couple of cool tricks! You can now put schools on your info page. And LJ has some picture page that you can upload 10 pictures to. Those are pretty nifty!
And, again thanks for all the b-day wishes. I know you wanted to do more frogdiva and just didn't feel up to. You've got a good excuse this time.
I only root for Missouri teams in football and baseball. Sorry, the other sports...wait, there *are* no other sports, right? Hockey just started--what's that?
