Given that we have had a draft in the past, and conceivably, can again in the future, does it not follow that anyone can be a member of the militia, and therefore, even people who take the "liberal", aka, reduced rights, interpretation of it should agree that everyone should have the right to own weapons as they may be called upon to join the militia in times of national emergency?
