First day of vacation...
Well, today is my first day of vacation. I slept in late today (10:30 is late for me) and then got up and ran some errands. I got my hair cut today...Here's a few pics:

After that, I ran to Lowes to get a new electric drill/screwdriver set as the other one was faulty. I came home and started to replace the hardware in the kitchen when a cutie I've chatted online with called me up. We talked for a bit only to find out that he lives two streets away. I went over for a few hours and we chatted a bit and got to know each other a bit. It was nice to make a friend. He's a photographer and he's very good with his hands...Ok, I mean skilled at making things with his hands...gosh! While I was there he finished making a frame for a picture of his parents that he took and was going to give as a gift. It was really nice the way it was built and stained. He's a sweety...I think he's stilled hooked on an ex of his...we talked a little about our past relationships (ship in my case) and then I headed back home.
I finished swapping the hardware in the kitchen and now I'm typing here. Tomorrow will be cleaning house and preparing for the ex's family's arrival. I'm not sure how that is going to go but I have some offers from friends to visit anytime I wanted so at least I have a backup plan...I already told my ex that I might go visit some people in the afternoon so it's not a surprise. Well, now I'm going to go watch a movie. Later.
