Some good news and some bad news and just plain life.
Let me update for everyone.
Well, I'm still living where I'm living, so that's good, not homeless. Though it sucks I'm not allowed to have a cat or dog here. I'll get a fish or something. My little brother just got a black and white kitten they named Optimus after the Prime, that's right the Transformer.
Still working at Walmart, on the 15th that'll make it five years. Which is a good thing and a bad thing. Good cuz I have a job but bad cuz I'm still stuck working there. I'm planning on going to the local Junior College so I can take some basics so I can transfer to a four year college, hopefully the Los Angeles School of Art and Film. I'm gunna try and get into photography, mainly as a hobby. I'm still drawing for fun too, same with poetry. Though I've been told I should publish my poetry but that doesn't seem so easy.
On the 21st some friends and I are going to San Francisco to just have fun. Unfortunately, I don't get to go to the pride parade that's two days later. And next month I get to go to Petaluma and meet Chris Colfer for his book signing of The Land of Stories, which gets released the day after my 24th birthday *July 16th is my birthday*. That's gunna be fun cuz the only actor I've met was when I was going to elementary school with Mare Winningham's daughter and son.
Bad news is my little brother and his girlfriend lost their baby girl last night, Emma Rose Guardino. She was due in August, they had said she was fine, healthy baby girl but something happened and her heart rate was decreasing so they did an emergency c-section but it was too late. They say it may have been a defect or a infection, they'll find out soon. I'm being the strong one. I did fall in love with the idea of being an aunt but she wasn't my daughter. So it'll take them sometime to get over it, if even that. I went with my mom to the hospital to show my support. But I'm not really good with these things so I figure if they wanna talk about it they will, I won't bring anything up. She looked like her mom and had her dad's hair.
They say, "This too shall pass."
Other then all that, I've been obsessed with my Faberry shipping in the Glee fandom. Been reading fanfics like no tomorrow. Working on fanmixes and writing some of my own fanfics. So you've been warned. If you have any requests let me know, for future fanmixes you'd like to see. Don't be surprised if I start up with my Eric/Sookie pairing again, now that season five has started again. I have to catch up on watching Bones, Teen Wolf, Supernatural, Game of Thrones and The Legend of Korra. Any recommendations on animes, movies, TV shows, books that I should check out. Oh, finally got my copy of 50 Shades of Grey, we'll see how this goes.
Also, saw Prometheus, found myself a new femslash pairing.
Anywho, that's about it, things are alright. Still looking for a girlfriend but that'll come in time. I hope you all are doing good, sorry that I don't respond to your journals much, I got go through and leave some communities and stuff.
