I don't have anything against people in the military. That is different than not agreeing with whatever wars we are in (whether they are called wars or not) or places we are occupying.
People need to dust off their braincells and realize that just because people disagree with things like that, because they are thinking people with opinions rather than a herd of cattle...doesn't mean you should act like an inbred redneck and tell them "to stand in front of the troops".
Har har! If you don't agree with everything the military does then you should stand in front of them so they can shoot you! Like they did that innocent family, recently! Harrrrr!
I can't help but think those people are severely undereducated and uncultured? I don't know if that is the word. Basically I find them to be enormous idiots who don't seem to know very much about their own country. When people get on a pedestal and start saying we live in a religious country and if you don't follow that religion you should get the fuck out, they look incredibly stupid.
The scary part of that is how many identical comments will be on one single photo like that...so a good majority of people who saw that felt like commenting their garbled nonsense, which probably means a huge chunk of the population doesn't know ...anything?
Half of the photos they post of soldiers are in countries that we are not with war with, at all...so NO they are not actually fighting for my freedom. Please stop trying to guilt trip everyone you know by constantly sharing photos that tells you in all CAPS that this dying man was fighting so n so, so you could be free! When actually he was occupying peaceful territory and was killed by "friendly fire". Go fuck off.
I would be way more inclined to support the troops if they weren't shoved down my throat constantly by idiots who don't know how or why their own country was formed.
