So, whilst I'm loving what I'm doing on KMM1 right now - answering every single prompt, for those not currently in the know - there are so many great prompts on the other KMM's that I can't wait to get to, I've decided to give all you lovely kinkme_merlin anons a chance to pick what I write next

When you say 'preferably with no current fill' does a prompt that had a fill started but abandoned count? Just wondering.

Yep, I'll fill prompts with abandoned fills.

My only reason for preferring completely lonely prompts is that there are a lot of great prompts out there the seem to have fallen through the cracks.

I'm also a bit of an optimist, so if I come across an abandoned fic, I just imagine the anon-author was in the same position as me for my only abandoned fic, as I forgot what meme it was on and couldn't find it again, despite having already written it all up in my notebook, lol.

Most of the reason I want to do this is that at the moment, variations aside, the 14 prompts I've filled so far all already have fills, and I don't want to just be filling prompts that already have fills for the foreseeable future.

But yeah, if you want to suggest a prompt with an abandoned fill - go ahead! :)

Prompt: Arthur/Merlin

Merlin tells Arthur that there is a benevolent sorcerer living in Camelot, and some of what the sorcerer had done or helped with(Valiant's shield, etc.), but refuses to say who it is.

KMM 18

Arthur/Merlin AU

In an universe in which every king has a destined court sourcerer since birth, Merlin is destined to be Arthur's court sorcerer but for some reason (someone suplanted Merlin, or changed the prophecy that said Merlin was the one... up to Anon) someone takes Merlin's rightful place.
Years later Arthur mets Merlin in another kingdom (either as court sorcerer for another king or as a peasant with magic) and finds himself saring a strong bond with him.
