Arthur notices Merlin has started to lose weight(think s2) so he sets out to make him eat. Including situations such as tying Merlin down, and fucking him until he's too tired to do anything else.

Even as a child, the young warlock had been approaching skin-and-bones status, with the clothing Hunith would constantly mend nevertheless constantly handing off his gangly limbs. True, Merlin didn’t have nearly the same appetite as a growing boy his age, and Hunith would often worry over her son - handing him chunks of bread and bowls of soup throughout the day in a vain attempt to get Merlin to a more befitting size ( ... )
