Now in its fifth year, Southwest Leather Conference has become known as "The
Leather Event of Heart and Spirit" through its emphasis on the interpersonal
and spiritual dynamics of D/s relationships and SM practices and by providing
attendees with opportunities for a profoundly deep experience of BDSM.
SWLC also provides a vehicle for regional leather clubs, organizations and
individuals to gather and celebrate the leather tribe of which we are all a part.
The event draws leatherfolk of all sexual orientations and gender identities; of all
adult ages, nationalities and religious/spiritual affiliations from all over the U.S.
and Canada. Singles, couples, triads, and leather families are all welcome!
"Primal Within", the theme for SWLC 2007, honors our modern primitive tribe of
leatherfolk, our leather heritage, and the spirits of our ancestors.
