Friday night was good, went for a few drinks at the Wagon then went to the bowling alley for some pool and more drinks, then went home. Yesterday morning, I went to Sauls, and we played lots of guitar... we decided to do a few covers to begin with just so we can get used to playing together... we were playing Led Zep - Communication Breakdown and The Who - My Generation... which I'm kinda proud of because those bass solos are hard! My poor little fingers are sore today.
But anyway, then Chris showed up and gave me a lift into town so I could go to work, and when I finally finished there I went home, got changed, ate cheese scones very quickly, got picked up by chris' mum, went to Sauls, met more people, went to a party in Cornard... there's been this thing for years, the people in Cornard hate the people in Sudbury. So pretty much 10 minutes after we got there, the cornard lads were starting on my friends, just because they're from sudbury. I really don't understand the mentality of these people!!! But anyway, we left after a couple of hours to avoid a big fight breaking out. It took us over an hour to walk a distance that should have taken us 20 minutes, because of a couple of young drunken girls who couldn't stand up. I reaaally hope I wasn't like that when I was their age. I got a bit annoyed in the end, and went to meet Chris at the pub.
