So here's my bribe for all of you:
Get Phillip Chbeeb into the Top 4 and I'll make a crazy-awesome SYTYCD cake to take to the finale show viewing party at
veggiebelle 's place. As an added incentive to those of you who aren't on this coast/won't be there to eat this awesome cake, if he gets into the Top 4, I'll make you a batch of something yummy (cookies,

I'll be the first to agree with you that he needs to work out, but the last 2-ish seasons have been a little ridiculous when it comes to lifts. I mean, 90% of the time it's just tricks and showing off (I LOVE Joshua, but really, he would've been amazing even without the millions of lifts and jumps).
I keep having to compare Phillip to Ivan (season 2), but honestly did Ivan EVER have to lift Allison in the entire season? I don't recall ever seeing it. I make this point because Ivan and Phillip are about the same size/build. Ivan got into the top 6 without ever doing a lift, and yet it seems like it's expected now.

I'm not a big tv watcher and switched over from America's Best Dance Crew (thank goodness, as this show makes me want to dance again, but alas it just isn't in the cards (read: budget) for me at the moment) and haven't seen any other seasons.

You'll actually get to see a bunch of dances from past seasons on the 100th episode, so that's exciting for you ;)
I didn't know you used to dance! What style of dance did you do?

Jazz and contemporary. I do know basic ballet as well, most of the easier flips (although at this point I'd say I know the way to execute them, not that I can actually do them anymore). I was with a dance company about two or three years ago and then I moved and never found another studio I liked. :(

I hope you get back into dancing again!
