There are 13 banks in my town

Which I learned as I drove around trying to find a new bank for my moneys. Problem with my old bank is that there were no branches in West Laffayette. So now I'm with Chase. Which is also good because it seems like my Dad's kicking me out.

He got mad that I spend so much time with Brian. That I'm almost always over at his house. So he says that if I'm going to spend that much time over there, I might as well move in. He came in today and gave me an ultimatum. Either I can:

Stay at home, he'll pay for my car and my school, but Brian's not allowed over at all and I have to be home by midnight every night.

-OR-

Move in at Brian's, I have to pay $116 a month for my car and I pay for my own school, and I'm not allowed to come home when he's home until I get a degree and Brian's only allowed to come over either when he has a degree or when he's in the military.

He told me I had a day to make up my mind. I have to decide by tomorrow; I have to decide by the time my Mom comes home from her trip. She's going to come home to this whole mess. *sigh* This is so annoying. But the pure fact that he gave me that decision left me with no real option. I refuse to stay in a house with a man who continues to believe that he can control every aspect of my life. The fact that he's threatening not to pay for stuff makes me incredibly angry. He's doing the exact same thing his Dad did to him. They fought all the time. Now he's doing that with me. Brian is my future. My Dad is my annoying and overbearing past.

dad, brian
