And since it is much too quiet around here: Here is a photo scanned from Mark Logue's The King's Speech, which in the book is captioned, "The Logue family relaxing by the tennis courts at Beechgrove" (which was Lionel's home -- rather larger than the one from the movie). And here is a photo of the then-Duke of York playing at Wimbledon (scroll down, and note that he played left-handed). The conclusion is obvious: Bertie and Lionel both played tennis. Someone do something with this information please.
