Well, I'm ending my second week of the weight loss challenge, and as far as scales go, I am seeing results. I have learned a few things though, and there are few things I need to improve:

When I use my ipod, workouts are more fun
I am having serious trouble getting the enough water in my diet
Not matter what kind of canned meat it is, its always smells and tastes like tuna

I think I may buy a new scale, because mine looks like a holocost victim, and if you stand on it 5 times it gives you 5 completely different results. A question I have though is how bad is coffee for dieting? I love coffee, and prior to this challenge I averaged about 2.5 pots (yes pots, so like 20-25 cups of coffee) a day. I have been think about switching to green tea though cuz I hear it helps. Also anyone have a definitive on the whole interval speed thing in cardio? I have heard that varying speeds on the treadmill from a walk to a run throughout the workout is better than just one speed. Anyone know if this is true. Also I really miss beer.
