I am Iron Man!
Go see Iron Man, seriously, stop what you are doing, get out of your seat, and go see Iron Man. It was really really really good. Robert Downey Jr was a perfect Tony Stark, Terrence Howard was a perfect Jim Rhodes, Jeff Bridges was great, you get the idea. Well written, well played, I'm not really familiar with the story they chose to tell, I'm sure they took some liberties, the only minor thing that bugged me was Jarvis being a computer instead of a person, but I got over it (if that spoils anything for you, my apologies). Stay till the bitter end of the credits, trust me.
In other news Steam and Cinders was this weekend. There are alot of kinks that need worked out, I had an OK time (andrea blue eben report card is on the way) but am definitely looking forward to event number two, half of it was me making myself miserable because the combat was awful.
Thursday is Poker, which apparently is at Patrick's house, I wonder what kind of turnout we'll get. Friday night is wide open, Saturday night is Patrick's house warming party, sunday is mom's day/bday, monday night is The Cure (which was supposed to be last september) I'm pretty excited it's been a while since I've been to a show, and while The Cure isn't exactly the type of show i normally go to the other two times I've seen them they were pheonominal so I expect good things.
