The weekend review

Man, it sucked the Terres was cancelled, but it did give me a four day weekend which was fucking sweet!
Friday I played magic all day with Brian, Danny, Lance, Merrill and Katie. I don't remember the carnage report but it was a great time.
Friday night Kt and I wound up going to Andrea's bday party in Brookline to play some rockband, it was a good crew, Blue, Andrea, Eben, Jon Singer, Mark and Suzanne, Christina from S&C staff, and Barb ( i feel like I'm forgetting someone, oh well). We rocked out till about 3am, I brought my hard drive so we could play all the shit I have unlocked and downloaded but none of the downloadeable content would work on her system, presumably because we were not connected to XBOX live. me and Eben with ensemble rocked Coheed and Cambria's welcome home like four times, he can really belt that out! It was a really good time.
Saturday during the day I felt a bit lost, like I should be larping... Slept till like 1, then Kt and I hit the 99 for lunch, Brian (band) met up with us so I could give him the goods, after that we went for like a two hour walk in breakheart since it was a beautiful day and we were supposed to be outside anyway.
Saturday night we watched the extended cut of Kingdom of Heaven, which was like 4 hours long, and while I don't know which scenes they added, was fanstic. Then Blinky, Katie, Katie and I headed to Brookline to Mark and Suzannes place for a small bday shingdig, it ended up being us, Blue, Andrea, Mark, Suzanne, and two of their friends whose names I either didn't learn or escaped me. We just sat around drinking and shooting the shit for a few hours, I someone managed to get cocked off three capt and cokes, guess I was mixing a little strong, funny thing is neither Blinky nor Kt thought I was drunk at all, but I definitely spent about an hour hugging the toilet before passing the fuck out.
Woke up sunday not nearly as hung over as I thought I would have been, celebrated my sisters bday, then Kt and I headed to Burlington for Bryan's bday bbq (I guess this was a popular weekend for being born). It was a decent time, Mike, Bill, Byran, Geraci, Keith and Michelle (bills friends), and a bunch of people Bryan work with. Kind of excited for Bryans next campaign, sounds a bit wierd but he's such a great DM. good food, we didn't stay too long, it was kinda chilly out, headed back to my house and caught up with Battlestar. This season is still really good, but it's got a bit of an odd feel to it, like they are reaching a bit.
Also had yesterday off, hung out at home feeling bored and restless, one of those days where nothing was holding my interest, so around 330 I decided to get the hell outta the house and go see a movie. I got to revere in record time I think since the movie started at 340. I ordered a fried dough (which i'd been craving for a couple days) only to find out the guy had forgotten to start the fryilator that morning, so no dough for Pat :( Also had to pay an extra two bucks because the movie was showing in the new DT theater and had to choose my seat... this doens't seem like a bonus to me as I'd kinda like to scope the zone and sit as far away from certain types of movie goers as possible, I wound up next to three girls who thankfully weren't obnoxious. Forgetting Sarah Marshall was funny as hell, I'd say better then Knocked Up, but not as good as Superbad.
After the movie Kt and I met up and went to Jimmy's Steerhouse where I got a fantastic Filet Mignon, then went to Newbury Comics and bought Gangs of New York and proceeded to watch it. Goddam that was one fantastic movie. Long as hell, but easily a top ten.
Tonight I'm closing, then I gotta do some work on my gun for S&C.

Looking forward to the event. I think it's gonna be a great time.

I should probably at least pretend to be working.
Pat
