Hello 2011
I am back in the Petes. Mambo has returned to her life and Screaming Life has his living room back. Willy is a bit bored and very sleepy. He misses his cousins in London but this time he isn't punishing me by ignoring me. In fact he really is close and cuddly. He is also giving extra cushion love. So all is well.
I had a wonderful visit in London with much quality time spent with both M and SL. We all know each other better now and the stresses were few. I did spend a bit more money than I had hoped and will have to cut back at this end. The gift card I received was spent on a battery charger for my camera batteries and a new kitchen radio, so I'm all set. Thank you Screaming Life.
I intended to return to WW today, but chickened out at the last minute. I'm really very apprehensive about learning a whole new system after this hiatus of holiday feasting. I also have a backache that is making walking and sitting very uncomfortable - how boring is that?
I had a good vacation and need to get my act together to begin pottery/sculpture classes again next week. I'm also planning to take an all day seminar in digital photography. I want to get the most out of my new camera. I've made no resolutions to break in this new year, but I do hope to continue on a track of discovery and creative work. I pray that my health continues to behave and I enjoy this rum old life.
