Привет, ребята! Second-to-last day at Middlebury (Russian gulag). I'm setting up this blog for those of you who want to track what I'm doing in Russia in the coming months (now accepting stalker applications!), or those who are just really, really bored. I don't know the internet situation in Irkutsk, but I will try to update at the very very least once a week, or whenever something interesting happens. I'll post in English, unless there's something which I can't say or relate in English - i.e. phrases which just don't translate, and the immortal русский анекдот ("Russian joke"...trust me, they're not funny in English). I will probably *not* post again before I get to Russia, so hold on to your horses. Just 20 days! Для моих друзей из русской школы...я вас очень люблю, и я буду скучать по вам. И для моего пятого курса - вы готовы? ВСЕГДА ГОТОВЫ!! Я вас люблю больше чем я могу сказать. Спасибо огромное!
