today in London explosions have been almost a constant. Hearts go out to those who are suffering
the death toll seems to be gradually rising. People sayin its good ol' Al Quieda, i think its more propagandaesque manipulation, either way people are dead and its wrong

also yesterday playing tennis i fell and cut my knee...It looks a bit gross
