Stepping Into Your Heart - Four
He sighed. Junsu. Love. Him. Love. Love?
LOVE. Gahee. He forgot his thoughts about Junsu and once again, his mind was filled with Gahee. The way she talks, she walks, she eats, she laughs. Everything. Everything about her. Why is it so hard to move on?
"Let's break up." Why? Why could she say those words so easily? Is it not hard? Will she find it easy to move on?
He wanted to stop thinking about her. But the more he tries to, the more he thinks about her. How cruel can life be?
"Junsu.." he mumbled and soon after, sleep took over him.
-
"GOOD MORNING OPPA! IT'S A BEAUTIFUL DAY SO YOU SHOULD WAKE UP!" Junsu's eyes shot open and there she saw her little sister looking down at him, smiling with hands on her waist.
Yuri intentionally shouted at Junsu's ear to wake him up. She wasn't taking revenge. No. Not, really.
"Why did you wake me up?" Junsu asked, obviously annoyed. "It's not like I have to go to school or anything."
"Oh yes you do oppa." Yuri said, smirking.
"And why is that? I have graduated you know." he asked, shifting his position into a sitting one.
"You have to go with me to school and talk to Jessica."
"Can't I do it here? Or after your class?"
"No can do."
Junsu sighed. There is no way he can do what he wants. With Yuri? Everything's impossible. "Fine fine. I'll go with you."
Yuri squealed in happiness and hugged his brother. "Thanks oppa!"
"And now you're going to thank me?" Junsu spoke, rolling his eyes. "If you weren't my sister, I would've strangled you to death."
Yuri chuckled. "Aww, I love you too oppa."
-
Yoochun's patience is running thin as he can't connect through Junsu's phone. Then, he remembered Junsu's cousin. Maybe he knows why Junsu isn't answering. "Hello?"
"Yunho hyung. It's Yoochun."
"Oh Yoochun. What's up?"
"Hyung, do you know where Junsu is?"
"No. Why?"
"I've been trying to call him but he's not answering it. I don't know where he is." he sighed.
"I see. Sorry Yoochun ah, but I don't know where he is."
"It's alright hyung. Bye. And oh, say hi to Jaejoong hyung for me."
"Okay Yoochun. Bye."
It's impossible for him to find him now. He sat on his couch and started to think. A smile crept up his face. He knows where he can find him.
He quickly grabbed his jacket, cell phone, wallet and car keys and headed towards his destination - Junsu's house.
-
Yoochun sighed as he leaned against Junsu's front door. No one's at home.
"Where could he be?" he asked himself. He was in a hurry only to find out that the person he's looking for isn't home. That must suck a lot.
He didn't want to waste his effort of going there so he might as well wait for Junsu. He won't take long, won't he?
-
Meanwhile, Junsu's in his car with Yuri on their way to her school. Up to now, he couldn't get why he had to come with her to school. "Are you sure this is a nice idea?" he asked.
"Yeah, it's not just nice - it's brilliant. You know that Jessica's fond of you so he'll do whatever you'll tell her."
Junsu glared at her for a while before looking back in front. "You're using me you little brat!"
"I know." Yuri replied, giving him her sweetest smile. "And besides, it's your fault why we had a fight, right oppa?"
"Oppa my ass."
"Hey, you're so rude!"
"And you're not?" Junsu retorted, raising his eye brows. Yuri stuck her tongue out and slapped Junsu's arm. "You're not just rude, you're violent too." he commented that made Yuri huff in anger.
They spent the rest of the drive bickering.
-
Yoochun looked at his wrist watch and sighed. It has been almost an hour since he arrieved at Junsu's house. And he's getting bored by the minute.
"Where the hell is he?" he asked himself and ruffled his own hair.
He's bored, yeah but he won't give up. He'll wait for Junsu no matter what happens.
Way to go Yoochun! That's the spirit!
-
As soon as they arrived at Yuri's school. Junsu quickly followed Yuri who made her way to her classroom where Jessica is. While making their way towards the said room, Junsu couldn't help but feel uncomfortable. The other students were whispering about him. Some were sqealing in delight when they saw him. It has been a while since Junsu visited Yuri's school and he's quite popular there for some reason.
Yuri chuckled when he took a glance at her brother who was obviously uncomfortable. "Junsu oppa, she's inside." she said as she gently pushed Junsu to the door. She quickly ran away from him and hid somewhere.
Junsu scratched his head, he's so nervous. How could Yuri put him in a situation like this? He knocked on the door and peeked inside the room. The students inside screamed and squealed when the saw Junsu's presence. He gave them an awkward smile and scanned the room to look for the person he needs to talk to. Then, he saw her at the back of the room staring at him in surprise. He smiled at her and nodded once. Jessica got the message and stood up as she exited the room.
"Junsu oppa? What are you doing here?" she asked as soon as she faced Junsu.
Once again, he scratched his head as he took a deep breath. "Jessica, I need to talk to you about Yuri."
Jessica's expression changed as soon as Junsu mentioned Yuri's name. She's obviously angry at her. "What about her?" she asked nonchalantly.
"Listen Jessica, don't be mad at her. It's not her fault, I was the one who told you that she's at Yoona's house when in fact, she's at Sunny's."
"Junsu oppa, I appreciate the help that you're giving your sister but I don't think I should believe you. She's your sister, of course you'll side with her."
"It's not that Jessica. You got the wrong idea. Yuri, she-"
"Oppa," Jessica cut her off as she placed a hand on his shoulder. "I appreciate your kindness, I really do. But please don't do this. I know you're doing this cause Yuri asked you, or maybe threatened you. Don't worry, I'll talk to her. Just..don't do this okay, oppa?"
Junsu nodded. "Thanks Jessica. You should really talk to her. She lost her sanity because of the fight she had with you. She kept on pestering me yesterday, she was so annoying. I wonder how you can manage to stay with her."
Jessica chuckled. "Oppa, that's love. I'm willing to do anything for her."
"Keep on loving her Jessica, you guys deserve each other." he then sighed. "She can be a handful sometimes and you're the only one who can tame her. She really needs you."
"Don't worry, I'll take care of her." Jessica said. "And I need her too." she added.
Junsu is so happy for his sister. At least she has a successful love life. She has a girlfriend that she loves and that loves her as well.
After settling things with Jessica, Junsu bid goodbye as he headed towards the school gate.
-
"Chunnie?" Junsu poked Yoochun's cheeks. It was almost lunch time when he arrived at his house and his eyes almost popped out of its sockets when he saw Yoochun sitting on the front door sleeping. Yoochun was getting tired waiting for Junsu and he felt his eye lids getting heavy by the minute and slowly, he drifted off to sleep. Yoochun groaned in response. "Chunnie ah, wake up."
Junsu shook his body lightly and it has an effect on Yoochun. He was slowly responding to the movements that Junsu makes and soon after, he slowly opened his eyes only to see Junsu staring at him with his tadpole eyes. "Junsu? Su?" Yoochun rubbed his eyes to make sure he's seeing the right person.
"Yes Chunnie, it's me." Junsu assure him that it's none other than him.
"Junsu!" the taller boy smiled widely and tackled Junsu that sent them both crashing on the floor. Junsu blushed hardly, Yoochun was hugging him so tight. The latter finally realized what he was doing so he quickly pulled away, scratching the back of his head. "I'm sorry." he mumbled.
The smaller boy nodded lightly with a tinge of red in his cheeks. "I-it's okay." The atmosphere was quite akward and it's killing Junsu. He took a deep breath and cleared his throat. "Uhm, Chunnie what are you doing here?" he asked after a while.
"Oh, yeah. I-I.."
Now what? What was he supposed to say? Why did he go there anyways?
"You what?"
"I-I.." he struggled to come up with a reason but he couldn't come up with anything and it's driving him insane. "I wanna talk to you about Gahee."
Lie. An obvious lie that was oblivious to Junsu. He didn't go there for Gahee. But he also doesn't know why. For Junsu? Maybe yes, maybe no.
He doesn't know anything. All he knows is that the last person he thought of before he slept was Junsu and first person on his mind when he woke up this morning was also Junsu. And the person he wants to see is, once again, Junsu. Why?
