State of the Union Address
Time to hear about our country again. 30 minutes in and he is doing much better then last year. Someone different must have written his speech, he hasn't lied yet...no wait just did, oh...well still doing better then last year. 6 years of his term are gone, and he has succeeded in his main goal. Don't let another terror attack hit our country. Congrates on this, we have succeeded. I really figured there was no way to stop the terror attacks from happoning again. Sadely to accomplish this, our country has shown a very selfish side in dealing with the terrorists in Iraq. It would have been easy to let the UN help us, but we did not. Was Iraq a threat to our country. I do not think so. Bush thought so. Maybe he knew something that we did not know. Either way lets finish our work and then leave Iraq. I respect what our troops have done in Iraq so lets respect them and let them come home safely.
Our economy...we are doing good? Extend law to keep tax breaks? Um...no. I like the tax break, but i'm not the one that needs the tax break. I'm living well. Is the lower class living well. I'm thinking not. Give them the tax break.
Oh...well guess I just don't like Bush's administration much.
Energy. Wow that really has gone bad since Bush's administration started. How is it that Exxon is posted record profits while we have the highest gas prices ever. What the hell!! Why isn't congress doing anything about this. Change technologies for energy(gas). Very good idea. Been talked about alot before. Hopefully he'll actually follow through on this.
