Working and Wrestling and Podcasting and Pumpkins and Stuff...
Checking in for a sec between reports and work crapola...
Here's what's doing...
Work - Is going well. I've been offered a new(er) position with a lot more responsibility. I'm thinking I'm going to take it and continue to gain experience here. Not bad when you figure I started as a entry level Rep. From entry level to Sr Manager - w00t!
Work II - Bar is going super good. It was dead a few weeks ago but the last two weeks have been a lot of fun with bigger crowds and friends stopping in (including some of the folks that worked for me). Rayleen, Hooman, JP, and Mike all came in and it was a blast. With Rayleen and JP moving North it was the perfect send-off.
PS3 - Uggh, so strung out on Rock Band 2 right now. Love the drums and all the new options and the buttload of songs that are all available. I even picked up Guitar Hero World Tour (w/ guitar only) so that I can play RB2 with a good guitar (the RB guitar is the suck and the GH guitars finally work with PS3s now!).
Fun Stuff - Went to WWE wrestling last night with friends and it was good good times. Watch Smackdown on Friday and you'll see a few of the matches that were taped during the show (including a coffin match with The Undertaker).
NEW NEW NEW - Keep an eye out for the first episode of the 619 Bearcast. You heard me correct - me and some of the SDers have decided to jump into the podcast pool and take a poke at it. We did our first show last Wednesday and it should be ready for public consumption soon. We had such a blast doing it and will do our second show tonight. Who's involved? Well none other that 619ers pinner123, jpinsd, raisincub, and bigvbear (thank you realaustinman for the assist)... You can even friend us up on LJ under 619bearcast.
