When I was a freshman at SDSU I went through a period where I was reading all the books that "everyone is supposed to read" and in doing so found myself with a copy of Cat's Cradle in my hands. I tore through it and was immediately drawn by your casual style and sly wit.

Thank you for writing books that made me happy to be alive and a part of the mad silliness that is life.

I think Player Piano remains my favorite of yours but Breakfast of Champions was amazing and do I even need to mention Slaughterhouse Five?

I have a copy of Timequake that I haven't read yet... but that'll be the next read when I finish A Brave New World.
