Damn It
I totally stayed up to watch LOST on Tivo. I love it when the flashbacks are island related - it just makes the show flow all the faster. Looking forward to next week to see how it all plays out. But I do have a theory and it's a variation on another popular one.
I think Walt caused the crash of the flight. He might not have done it on purpose, but he and his "abilities" were the catalyst. It's possible that other people on the flight were involved too but I think it's pretty much in Walt. He causes things to happen. When he thinks about something hard enough it tends to happen (polar bears, jungle visits, birds against a window). I just wonder if perhaps Walt was thinking about how much he didn't want to go back to the US with a man who was his Father but whom he didn't think of as his Dad. And it's clear that The Others are a lot more together than some huts. Like Walt said - it's all an act. Oh man, it's gonna be good next week!
