Getting to know Jeremy
Ok, here's a little something for all you people out there who have been wondering about this handsome bald man with the cute niece. Yes, all three of you. Little facts about me in no particular order, kind of a stream on consciousness sort of thing. Some of it's personal, some of it isn't, and some of it is just plain absurd. Ready? Ok...
1. I was born six weeks premature. I was small. Real small. My lungs weren't fully formed, and as a result, I not only have asthma for the rest of my life, but I have a neurological that causes migraines. (we'll discuss those later.)
2. When I was twelve, I fell through a plastic covering and had my left asscheek sliced open. I still have the scar.
3. After watching the first Austin Powers movie again, I have the sudden urge to see several women in a Emma Peel outfit. It's actually amazing how many to be truthful. If you're wondering, just ask me.
4. I suck at dating. It's a fact. I can't really put a finger on it. Maybe I'm too childish. Maybe too immature. Wait, aren't those the same thing. It's a constant complaint in my life. It's gotten worse now that I'm back on the wagon again.
5. This is the fifth time I've gotten back on the wagon. Don't they make those things with safety rails?
6. I'm a learning Buddhist. I'll always be learning.
7. I read damn near everything I can get my hands on. Yes, even comics.
8. I've come to the realization that my dog, Genghis, is getting old and may not be around much longer. This sucks because I often think he's the only son I will ever have.
9. I'm a movie freak. I love movies, even shitty ones.
10. On the same note, I hate the movie theatre business. I was a manager of the now defunct Illinois Theatre, and there were times that I just wanted to kill myself because of that place. Shit, I quit and then I had to go into counseling because I had no idea what they hell to do with myself. Sad.
11. On that note, I take medicine for anxiety. This may surprise some of you, but it's true.
12. I can never be gay. I love woman too much.
13. When I get wound up, I tend to dance. Badly.
14. I wish I could write more. Damn writer's block.
15. I tend to be atracted to women with dark hair. If you have highlights in it of a color not found in nature, even better. If you put you hair up in pigtails, I will not be responsible for my actions.
16. Asian women are beautiful.
17. I hate my cell phone.
18. I'm a geek. And a revel in it.
19. I hate people who are full of themselves.
20. I love my job. I've fallen off a platform and put a staple through my finger. Love it!!!
21. I feel that it's time to make up with certain people.
22. Monkeys crack my up.
23. I love ships, made up or otherwise.
24. Dave King is the coolest person I know. His girlfriend is the greatest.
25. Derek is the second.
