Damned appendicitis
Madyson is back in the hospital again. They couldn't get her fever to go down and she threw up yesterday. They redid her CAT scan and found she had six abscesses in her gut, two of which were surrounded by her intestines, so they couldn't get to those. They went in today and drained 60 cc's of puss from the poor girl. The doctor said the best case scenario would be that this helps and the antibiotics gets rid of the rest of the infection and she'll be home in 48 hours. Worst case scenario, it won't help and they'll have to do surgery again. The poor girl is miserable. I just want her to get better.
