Wow time flies.
It's amazing how little free time I've had lately thanks to work. It seems that if I'm not at work, I'm either in bed sleeping or sitting somewhere and falling asleep. It doesn't feel like the days are long enough to get everthing I need done as well work. But I'm somewhat enjoying myself I think. I'm enjoying the extra money at least for sure, just not happy about all the time at work.
Not a lot is going on with my personal life really. Work makes it pretty much non-existant. Can't wait for the fall when classes start, and I'm working full time. At that time I figure I'll have a pretty funeral for my personal life, maybe burry it someplace sunny.
I finally gave in and made a facebook page a few months ago. A friend convinced me to make it, so I did. It's okay I guess, though I'm not too happy about people I didn't really care about in highschool wanting to add me to their friends list. If I really wanted to see these people anymore since then, I would have kept in touch obviously. But it's been a bit nice to reconnect with some others, or just get another way to talk with my friends in other cities.
I can't wait for this time next month, cause my Calgary trip will only be a week away then. But for now I'm stuck waiting 5 weeks before I go. It'll be so nice to get there and get away from work, and poeple associated with it. I still plan to get a 360 while I'm down there, and will have a friend with me to make sure I get some good games and any accessories I need. After this trip, I get to start saving my money up. I want to get a new tv for the basement so I can play all my new game systems on an actual 1080 tv, and enjoy them the way they're meant to be.
My friends baby shower was yesterday. I wasn't able to see her before hand though and drop off my mom's gift. So I'm hoping to catch her either later this afternoon or sometime tomorrow. I think I'm going to the Hulk today with a friend, so I'll try to swing by there and drop it off a bit before hand.
I can't think of much else to say, so I guess I'll just leave it at that.
