i shouldnt actually say they "killed it" by putting in a marine,
it was obviously sick, but the fact that its gills were totally open and stressed showed that the pressure levels/oxygen intake were affecting it.
it was on its deathbed without question.

That's a good point that I never really considered. Definitely if we were to swim down to see them for a visit, we would not fair so well either.
