Despite the fact he's been gone for several good days, I still look for him in the hallways. The sounds of feet bounce off the walls towards me, and I pause. It's never him. Seems kinda stupid to keep hoping.
I know what's been going on. I've been watching Sora be a good, little hero. Goes off to save the world and his girlfriend, and looking for his best friend. It kinda makes me sick. I hate the idea that this is some sort of fucked up fairytale.
I kinda helped push Kairi out of her world, but I know it's not just Sora protecting Kairi. Riku too. Another hero.
It's all going to work out for them. They'll get to go home and even though they'll have some sort of scars, they'll live to appreciate them. La de da.
I want him...
They don't think about him...about Roxas and what he went through. He had a life, a separate one. He was happy, except for those stupid dreams. And then he goes off and merges with Sora, making the keyblade master whole. Off Sora goes, keyblade swinging, taking down Heartless along the way. Oh, if he only really knew what he was doing. I don't think Sora always thinks about those things.Roxas is just a dream. It's all Sora this and Sora that, and nobody's happy at the moment really.
They don't call Roxas a hero. To the Nobodies, he's a traitor. To everyone else, like DiZ, he's a pawn that was needed to wake Sora up. I just can't get it out of my head what he must have gone through to face Sora in the end. His memories, his short life...all gone. Yeah, he was a part of Sora, but I still think he wasn't Sora. Now, except for the fact that his name comes up in conversation, Roxas is basically dead. I'm really not sure it's Sora who's
the real hero. If I had the choice, I think I couldn't've merged with my Other. But Roxas did...
I want him back, damnit.
