Banner maker rotation

I'm going to update the rotation on the user info as well as keep this post up to date as a quick reference to the banner makers. I'd really appreciate it if the banner makers kept me up to date with the status of their banner making, whether they're in progress, done, can't be done, etc.

NOTE: If you are 5 or more weeks late with your banners and you have not contacted me to let me know that you're still doing them, you will be taken off the rotation and your banners will be reassigned. Sounds harsh, but I don't want the banner making situation to get ridiculous. Just remember that I understand that everyone has a life, so simply telling us that you can't do them or you will be late is fine. We're not mean, I swear.
