Day 5

Ahhh, a PA Day.

Today instead of waking up at 0600 because I didnt have to go to school, I woke up at 0830 because I stayed up a bit too late last night for me to wake up any earlier. I went for a run and today I did really well. I wasn't that out of breath at all by the time I finished and I ran 3.5km in exactly 17 minutes.

After I got back home from my run I showered then I had to cut the grass. I just finished cutting at 1430. Then I did some pull ups outside then came in and did my push ups and sit ups. I moved my feet closer together and put my arms closer together when doing the push ups, which made it harder but I liked it. Sit ups I was doing a lot faster with shorter rest periods and wasn't really burning until the last 10 in the fourth set.

Looking forward to next week. 5x20 push ups, 5x20 sit ups, and same amount of pull ups and same running distance. Can't wait.

As for the rest of this weekend, hopefully tonight I'll be doing something. Tomorrow I have to go to my little cousin Tiffany's first communion and stay for dinner there in Aurora. Sunday is mothers day and homework day.
