Day 1

The official Day 1 of my PT workout started today.

But first lets recap the weekend.

Friday - Got home and worked out then went to Colin's, which was pretty cool

Saturday - Worked

Sunday - Did homework and went for a 2 mile run

To start out the beautiful day, I woke up at 0600 and went for a 2.7 mile run uphill. I was only supposed to run 2 miles according to the schedule, but I still had 3/4 of a lap to finish and I wasn't going to pussy out on that. Got back to my driveway and I felt great.

It was about 0630 by the time I re-entered the house and I showered then laid down in bed, even though I really didn't feel like sleeping.

After school I had rugby today, didn't work too hard because we were missing over half the team. Either way I had enough fun with that, tackled Coleton and his knee came up and busted me in the nose, was bleeding but it was all good.

Got home from rugby at about 1630 and immediately went to the gym in my house to work out.

Went downstairs and my mom was like "If you keep working out so hard you're gonna get sick, your body isnt used to that much work." "Yea, because I just started." Jeez, I thought everybody knew that you're not working hard enough unless you're puking your guts out by the time you're done. I haven't puked at all yet, so I know I'm not pushing the limit.

No working out tonight, and tomorrow is my day of rest then wednesday it's back to it.
