VICTORIOUS!
Yesterday on an extremely boring journey to the mall with my mother, we ended up in Wal Mart. And being the total "Zeppelin fiend" as some of you claim I am, I was like "Haha I'm gonna see if they have Led Zeppelin IV, no store sells that cd." Anyway, I found it. I was like "Whaaat 20 bucks, I don't have any money on me." So I was like "I'll come back and get it tomorrow." I showed the cd to my mom so she would get familiar with the cover of it. Anyway so I went and started digging through the gigantic bins of DVD's in front of the electronics section and found a movie called Hendrix for $6.88 and Mom said she'd buy it for me. So on the way to pay for it she was like "How about, you give me 12 bucks and we'll go back to get that cd?" and of course I was like "Hell yea." So we did, and now I have it on CD.
All I need is 2 copies of Led Zeppelin IV on vinyl, the 1971 one framed and the 1977 one for me to play in my record player. That's what I told my parents I wanted as part of my birthday present. Despite what you Zeppelin hating bastards believe...it's so damn worth it, at least for me.
Anyway, last night I stumbled upon an old time machine in my basement and decided to try it out. I travelled to the year 10,020 where the technology was unbelievable. All you had to do was say what you wanted and it would come to you, and everybody pays in credit. Not even living on the Earth anymore, here I am, awaking in this amazing room. Like nothing I've ever seen before. So I said that I wanted what looked like the radio to turn on. Of course this radio was something like digital radio because it didn't work the same way as the radios we have today. So it turns on, and the music playing is like nothing I've ever heard before, it's like a combination of all different types of music, like rock with techno, and kind of a punkish sound going on with the reggae drums. It was weird. But a song came on, and it sounded so familiar. The most beautiful thing I had ever heard. When the song was over, the announcer said "Folks, that song is 8049 years old today. And it's still #1 on the charts, and the greatest song ever made. Stairway to Heaven."
Love,
God
