Fix-It Fic?
So, does anyone remember way back in the days of Horatio Hornblower, Archie Kennedy, beloved crumpet of many Age of Sail fangirls and boys, was killed off? This was my first experience with "fix-it" fic, where authors came in, re-wrote the ending, and wrote a whole other series, ignoring canon. I don't remember the girl's name, but one author had revived Archie in a fix-it on the East Coast before the episode even aired on the West Coast!
Well, I feel that we need something similar. Season Three is not living up to what I loved about Merlin in the beginning, especially where this ship is concerned, and I feel that we could make something better.
So, anyone interested? A re-write of Season Three, with a strong Uther/Morgana emphasis? I've already got a couple of ideas, but would really love this to be a collaborative effort.

This little corner of Merlin fandom has so much talent, and this ship, so much potential. I, for one, am not ready to let it go.
