[OOC] How's My Driving?
Luffy and I are pretty much polar opposites, so it can be a challenge for me to play him properly. I'd genuinely appreciate any criticism you have to offer, from general impressions, to friendly advice, to specific instances where Luffy just seemed off.
If nothing comes to mind, try thinking over these questions:
1) Is Luffy accurate? If he calls your character by the wrong name, or if he's been in a similar situation and reacted in a completely different way - please tell me! I don't know/remember OP canon as well as I should.
2) Is Luffy ever annoying? Canon-consistent or not, RP is meant to be fun. If he's too stubborn about an issue, if he keeps interrupting other people's threads (or threading with other people in your journal), or if he's being generally too stupid to live, please let me know! It's fine if he annoys your character, but he should never annoy you, the mun.
3)Is Luffy too verbose? I tend to ramble (as you can see), and have to make a conscious effort to tighten up Luffy's dialogue. Is it working, or do I need to work harder at it?
