Yesterday & Today
Well, lets see?
I went back to D town to visit the 'rents, its been ten days since i last saw them, IT was a good visit, we put up the Faux-tree, thats just weird all round!
Brought back some goodies including my Wireless Transmitter.... Apparently not needed since i'm stealing wireless from some one (THANK YOU WHOEVER!) a knife, and a bottle of Green Tomato minced Meat (containing no meat). Had goodies.... they were goodie-riffic!
Today, at 1230hrs i recieved my first of what i hope will be many ass-handed-to-me sessions thanks to the good people at
Victoria Pro Self Defense. I'm learning Both Kempo karate and Jujitsu, its a heafty load but I think I'm up for it. Its gonna be sweet, It already is sweet cuz i don't know any of it, its all new information right to my head, I enjoy their teaching style and as my awkward body suggests its going to hurt like a bastard before I'm through, its a bit expensive but i think i can get around it, I'll clean the Dojo and do chores if i gotta, learning a new form of martial art however non-traditional it may be will do me good. Did i mention its fucking fun to!?
When the buss pulled up to my stop i was greeted with a triple-whammy My Ipod was dead, The weather was pure shite, and I HAD TO PEE!
After a pit stop to relieve the baby bladder, I needed to seek cover from the Icy cold rain that seemed intent on turning me into a life sized meat Popsicle, I found the dollar store and for a toofer i picked up a touque and gloves, the gloves didn't fit worth a damn so i found a colder soul then I and gave them away, i hope wherever he is he's warm and dry.
I'm stiff, and tired, less stressed now that i have an idea of whats what and i have a new comic to read and some of my chirstmas shopping done, man its gonna be a lean chirstmas from ol' Sidney clause. I'm just glad I am warm and dry right now.
