Colds, Comic Books and Dinosaur Drone Shows
It’s been report card writing season at work, which is always a tedious and time consuming business. Unfortunately, writing ‘this student is just the same as their last report card’ just doesn’t cut it!
I came down with a cold by the end of the week, and it hit peak spluttering and sniffles today. Really I should have just stayed in all day, but there was a couple of events I didn’t want to miss.
So I donned a mask and headed out to the first. Local comic book creator Ryan was throwing an event to showcase all the art for his latest project ‘No Rules Tonight’ based on his wife’s experiences during the authoritarian rule of 80’s Korea.
The second was Gwangali’s Drone show. It’s on every Saturday, but tonight’s theme was ‘World of Dinosaurs’, so naturally I had to be there!
