"August 31, 2007 9:42 p.m. Caller reports there is a talking deer head with a cigarette in its mouth stuck up in a telephone pole, Samoset Ave. at Adams St. O/Fahey, O/Saunders, O/McKenna detailed. O/McKenna reports it is walkie-talkie activated. The deer was speaking to the officers, so the owner must be nearby, watching officers. Officers removed the deer and will bring it to HQ… "
