3rd time a charm
I received the new Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium. Woo Ha! This has been one of the most significant updates to date - not to mention the fact its the first major software release since Adobe acquired Macromedia in October of 2005. I’m still not used to seeing the ‘Adobe’ in the Dreamweaver, Flash and Fireworks names. I still think of the studio as ‘Macromedia’ just as I refer to Macy’s as ‘Hudson’s.’
So far, I’m impressed with the processing and screen redrawing in Illustrator. I have some pretty large files and the improvement in handling is already noted. The color management and direct point selection and alignment have been massively reworked for the better.
I need to find some quality time so I can finish some of the projects I’ve stalled on. It's difficult to be motivated sometimes...
