People nationwide remember victims of the Virginia Tech massacre with candlelight vigils, moments of silence and the tolling of bells.

Virginia Governor Tim Kaine has declared Friday a day of mourning.  At noon, mourners will pause for a bell-ringing and a moment of silence across the university grounds. Governor Kaine invited communities across the nation to organize their own ceremonies to remember those killed in the Virginia Tech massacre.
