Other stuff from Pride-
There was a boy there who looked like a younger version of our friend Adam Goodman, except with a lip ring. I thought he was totally hot until I saw the lip ring. Lip rings are disturbing to me; I'll be talking to someone and there's this little flashing piece of jewelry in the corner of their mouth- distracting and weird. I don't like it.
Also, as usual, I was amazed by the sheer scope of different kinds of homos that exist- I forget sometimes (since I'm brainwashed by the media) that all 'mos aren't gym-buffed white boys (with an occasional "exotic" black boy or "hot" latin boy) with good taste in clothes. Good thing I have Pride to remind me every year that we're all over the place and look like all kinds of people.
I think I forget because I don't spend much time with actual 'mos (except Carlos and Keith). I should go out more to things besides karaoke.
I think it was Rapunzel who said, "It does you good to let your hair down and get out once in a while".
And yay- my legs don't hurt this morning.
