defy_gravity99 hipped me to L.A. Theatre Works' radio recordings of famous plays.
They have them online and you can download them through iTunes on the site, to listen to them as podcasts. Quite enjoyed most of The Importance of Being Earnest with James Marsters and Charles Busch, and just heard the first half of The Paris Letter with NPH and Ron Rifkin. Pretty neat, though I'm about to listen to Act II of Art (which
jayspec and I saw on Broadway back in the day), and I'm wondering how one of the specifically visual gags will translate to radio.
