WHAT
Met Roommate's Current Love of Her Life this morning- she said he looks like Vince Vaughn. More Bruno Kirby circa Spiñal Tap (which I don't mean to imply is a bad look, just that it ain't VV). ...although it was dark. He was not naked.
Hot hot boys on the train this morning - a nice selection of many of the types I go far, all arrayed before me: Big Beefy Guy, Smirky Blond College Kid, Short Guy with Yarmulke...
Tightened up and wrote some more of Dandelion last night. Made some dinner, then headed out to Marie's.
Jim Allen had texted that he was unexpectedly playing (recently Daren has had Wednesday nights, and Jim was doing Double-Stuff Thursdays, where he and Bartender Chris both do double-shifts). Daren apparently had a shit-fit last week and has been verbally abusive to some of the patrons... Info to come.
Place was nearly dead because of the rain.
Jim said he liked The Jerusalem Syndrome so much, he's going back to see it again.
An unnamed benefactor got me Photoshop 7.0 (I've been working with 5.0 all this time)- in the process of installing it, I got rid of The Sims 2. I haven't played it in over a year- though it was "better" than The Sims, I just wasn't as grabbed by it. I would play for a day, then forget all about it for months at a time. Better have it out, at once.

Work swag today was The Unbearable Lightness of Penis Being (the book).
A few weeks ago was a graphic novelization of the first two Discworld novels. Though I love the actual books (although Color of Magic is somewhat lame, being the first in the series, before they really got good), I didn't much care for the graphic novel. It just didn't need to happen. ...and if it did happen, could probably have been done better.
Seeing Fancy Boys Follies tonight in the NYMF- probably Marie's for an hour or so beforehand. Might bring along some Labyrinth sheet music and have Jim sight-read.
I'll catch up on my Palin on YouTube tomorrow. A few people now have compared her speaking prowess to that of Miss Teen South Carolina and like such as and.
