Look at all my trials and tribulations, sinking in a gentle pool of wine

Perhaps unsurprisingly, ex-landlady e-mailed to double-check the address she was messengering to at around 5pm, which means at that point she hadn't even sent it yet. In her long-standing tradition of stalling and not giving me money, it didn't arrive before I left work today at 6. Bitch. Can't wait till I'm done with her. I'm expecting the check in the morning, or I'm calling Linda.

Found my work pants- I put them in with costumes when I packed. Dumb.
Set up my littlest bookcase in my bedroom, on top of the dresser. It's nice there, but I have to plan ahead which books I don't plan to read any time soon to put up at the very top. Right now it's Simon Hawke's Wizard of... series, since I read them all again recently.

We'd like a kitty. Francy is going to see if the next roommate can bring a cat. And if not, we'll be looking for one, most likely.

Francy is also coming with me on Friday when I review the Horovitz plays. Gosh, I hope they're good.
