Maria: Janis
Fabian: Scooter (I think we had someone else, but I can't remember)
Feste: Fozzie Bear
Antonio: Pépe the King Prawn
Sebastian: Anything Muppet made to look like Human Guest Star

Muppets and Shakespeare are an excellent match- there's very few women in either, mainly due to roles being played by men.

We also thought of Pépe starring in Shakespeare's King Prawn: "Nothing comes from nothing, okay?"
