8-bit tie
So, recently ThinkGeek just came out with an 8-bit tie and I had to buy one because I'm nerdy like that. Once I received it in the mail, I took some Action Shots of myself with the tie and submitted one to Thinkgeek. They pick one photo every month out of all photos received for all products and they award that person a $100 gift certifcate to their site. Well, I just received this e-mail today:
Hey Michael,
Awesome actions shots! You impressed the office this month and we're
happy to say that you're this months contest winner. We've given you
a gift certificate for $100.00 and you should already have it in your
inbox. If you don't see it right away, double check the spam folder
too. Also, keep an eye out for our newsletter on 10/24. Your actions
shots will be in there and it's going to highlight some awesome new
products!

Holy crap! This is pretty exciting, I can't believe I won something! The picture can be seen on the 8-bit tie product page or a better version is on my Flickr.
Now the hard part of deciding what to get with the certificate! They have too many cool things I want!
