I'm obsessed with this song. I remember when it was released... Good times, good times ( Read more... )

When I wrote out my last ticket about my package (which was full of lots of cursing ;x), they said I'd get a response within 48 hours. That was about a week and a half ago.

THEY ARE SO EXCELLENT! <3 <3 <3 LPU <3 <3 <3

Meh! They can kiss my ample ass, I swear. If I didn't love this band so bloody much, I wouldn't even bother trying, given that they've screwed everyone over on the M&G thing as well. Blah. Haha, no really, I ♥ the LPU

They've screwed a lot of people over on a lot of things and it's starting to piss me off just a bit. I wasted $65 on what seems to be nothing, so far. I probably won't bother renewing my membership, unless someone gets it for me as a gift. Grr.

Mhm, yeah, they have. You're right. I don't actually know why I'm so bothered about it, other than that over here, the chances of getting onto the lists are a little higher on the grounds that there are a helluva lot less LPUers to argue for the spots. If they wanted to create a harmonious LPU, they've failed with this new scheme, because the bitterness and rivalry for places on the lists is unreal. Meh.

I really want to renew my membership, but I'm not about to waste another $35 on something that I'm not going to receive. I want all the goodies, and the chance to meet them, but what's the point when I still haven't gotten either from February? It's all very frustrating.

Totally. I would be bitter and dubious of renewing as well if I had had the trouble with them that you have had. It doesn't seem right that you have had neither a package nor a suitable response from them on what the problem is. It's a shame that there is no formal complaints procedure. All they have is a help ticket system which it appears to take forever for them to respond to. 48 hours should be ample time. I don't see what their problem can possibly be. All they need to do is mail me back and tell me what is going on. And the same for you. It's all one massive farce.

And I swear to God, if I do not have a package by February 24th, all hell will break loose. I have a friend, who signed up after I did and got the exact same package as I did, and I was there when it arrived to her doorstep. The ticket system doesn't work well, at all, because there's no doubt in my mind that there's hundreds that go in every day with all the problems that're coming up now. They should have a phone number, or something that's a bit more effective.

It's funny, they say that LPU is for the fans. Well, I'm a fan, and what have I gotten yet? A dent in my bank account, that's it.

I am assuming that February 24th is a whole year? I would be - and you are - livid if that were me that it had happened to. I absolutely wish that there was a phone number. I would be calling them to find out what is going on. The thought crossed my mind this morning when there was still no reply from them that they must be wading through hundreds of tickets from people trying to sort out billing problems and, like you, people who have had problems with the whole procedure.

Amen to that last part. Seriously, for such a fan based group, it has gone gloriously fruit shaped surprisingly quickly. And what is their answer to this? Ignore it and hope it goes away.
