"A brief pause for some real heroes..."
I am in the midst of research for this project I am working on, I am reminded of the true definition of heroics. And thus, whether you think the war in Iraq is a clusterfuck of epic proportions or God's Gift To Man, I think that it is of paramount importance that we all take a moment to give appreciation, to send prayers and give thanks, to the true Heroes of War...the Hospital Corpsmen.
Here is one such hero...a story that is at moments uplifting, but, more often than not, is horrifically tragic, yet compelling at the same time:

Admire them.
Most importantly, wish for their safe return.
May the bloodshed cease so that more young lives need not be lost.
