Wow
I will first say this: Boy and Panda--you were right. It ended up being a date. Also, this date turned out rather nicely as he wants to hang out with me again.
We ended up seeing The Hangover. It was okay. I definitely liked Old School a lot better than this, but it did make me giggle a few times. Afterward we went to IHOP which was delicious, but I was so nervous that I couldn't eat all my food. Sad. And we couldn't stop talking.
Throughout the night I kept getting little hints from him that he may have feelings for me. I would mention something I like in a guy and he would compare it to himself. I was being sneaky and trying to figure out if he was gay or not--turns out he's totally hetero (duh). But yeah, after IHOP I went back to his room and we watched Ratatouille. And then we came to a conclusion that this was a date.
So yeah, it was a nice first date. And we hugged (aww).
I have established that I do have feelings for him, but since I'm commitmentphobic and now that the chase is over things are kinda boring, I'm not sure what I will do if he were to ask me to be his girlfriend. Oh well, I'll deal with that if things progress that far.
But considering how long I've liked this guy, I can say that I feel like I'm on top of the world right now.
